: Except as provided in Sections 40, 41 and 42, other income taxes, contract taxes, sales taxes, customs duties, excise duties payable to the Government of Nepal or local authorities in connection with petroleum operations or the sale, distribution or export of petroleum. And the contractor will be exempted from paying other taxes and duties.
